Patients can book appointments through the Vraj Dental Clinic website, mobile application, or by contacting our clinic directly.
Appointment confirmation is subject to availability of doctors and clinic schedules.
Vraj Dental Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to emergencies, unavailability of doctors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, patients will be informed promptly.
Payments can be made using online methods (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets) or directly at the clinic reception.
All consultation and treatment charges are transparent and communicated before the procedure. No hidden charges apply.
Final billing may vary depending on the patient’s specific diagnosis, treatment plan, or additional procedures required during consultation.
Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting the clinic or using the online booking system.
If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged.
For late cancellations or no-shows, the consultation fee may be forfeited.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Patients must provide accurate and complete information during registration and appointment booking.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid delays.

Any disputes or complaints regarding treatment or services should be reported to Vraj Dental Clinic within 48 hours of the issue.
The clinic management will review and resolve matters promptly and fairly.
In case of legal disputes, the jurisdiction will lie within the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
