What should you do for good oral hygiene?

 Maintenance of Oral hygiene helps prevent bad breath, keeps the teeth strong and oral cavity healthy. Here are a few tips that will help you maintain oral hygience: 

  • Brush properly:  brush at least twice a day

  • Avoiding sugary foods, sticky foods, and acidic beverages

  • Drink plenty of water: Water acts as a cleanser. It clears the oral cavity of any sticky foods.
  • Visit a Dentist every 6 months: regular appointments allow for preventive measures and regular teeth cleanings.
